MSM Supplies Australia uses Australia Post Express Postage for all shipping in Australia, unless you specify another shipping method, in which case, we recommend you call us to arrange and confirm the new shipping method.

Please note, if you have given Authority To Leave, you are taking all responsibility should your package be taken (stolen) from your nominated delivery location.
This means if you leave instructions that your packege should be left somewhere, we cant be held responsible if it then goes missing. 
We can only take responsible for your package up to the point of it being dropped off as per your instructions.

Express Post up to 500g is $12.50
                      up to 3Kg is $14.00
                      up to 6Kg is $24.00
                      Over 6Kg is $36.00

If goods arrive Damaged, contact us Straight away. The sooner we know about a problem, the sooner we can address it.

We strive to make all delivery promptly, If an order is received before 3pm we generally post that same day. However there are factors out of our control (Australia Post has occasionally been late, usually only during the silly seasons) but with the Covid thing going on... If you have not received your shipment within 3-4 days, please drop us an email. For all express postage packages, we can supply you with a tracking number so you can contact your local post office to see what the hold up is.
